Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with departments for smooth service delivery

Maintain wake-up call schedules and guest messaging accurately

Operate the hotel switchboard efficiently

Stay informed about hotel services and local information

Use Opera system to manage guest profiles and records
Requirements
-
Diploma or degree in hospitality preferred

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written

Voice clarity and confident phone manner

Opera system experience is a plus

Computer literacy required
