TALENTMATE is seeking a Telephone Operator for Hilton Dubai Jumeirah to manage incoming and outgoing calls while providing exceptional guest service. This role ensures smooth communication, handles guest requests, and contributes to the overall positive experience of visitors and staff.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.

• Process wake-up calls, page guests and staff, and assist with international calls.

• Maintain guest privacy and manage logbooks, call billing, and traffic sheets.

• Coordinate with hotel departments for guest requests and services.

• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, fire, life, and safety systems.

• Provide secretarial services and support business center operations.

• Promote in-house services and assist with reservations, meetings, and events.

• Report daily activities and any equipment defects to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or call handling preferred.

• Excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g., Arabic) are a plus.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, and adhere to procedures.

• Knowledge of hotel safety, first aid, and emergency procedures.
