Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts, part of the Accor Group, is seeking a Telephone Operator to join its hospitality team in Dubai. This role is ideal for service-driven professionals who thrive in communication, guest service, and multitasking. The Telephone Operator will handle guest calls, messages, inquiries, and wake-up calls while ensuring an exceptional guest experience in line with Swissôtel’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle and log guest messages promptly and accurately.

Provide directory information to internal and external inquiries as per hotel policy.

Operate public address, paging, and voicemail systems.
-
Respond to guest inquiries and requests professionally and warmly.

Manage wake-up call requests and ensure timely execution.

Maintain the switchboard directory and keep front office information updated.

Ensure quick coordination with other departments for guest requests.

Stay fully aware of hotel fire and emergency procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Secondary education or Hotel Management qualification.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a four or five-star hotel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to work calmly and courteously in high-pressure situations.

Excellent teamwork and judgment skills, especially with challenging guests.

Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
