Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Job Description:
We are actively seeking a confident and articulate Female Telecaller Executive with excellent communication skills, preferably with an American or European accent. Arabic-speaking ability is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with both existing and potential clients to promote products/services and drive sales conversions. You will play a vital role in initiating conversations, building rapport, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to engage potential customers.

Follow up with prospects via phone or email to generate qualified leads.

Deliver persuasive sales pitches using prepared scripts and product knowledge.

Explain the key benefits and features of products and services clearly and convincingly.

Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to support deal closures.

Capture and manage essential customer details during interactions.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and adhere to communication protocols.

Adapt communication style to match the customer’s preferences and language.

Handle objections confidently and resolve queries efficiently.
Required Skills:
