Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join a growing telecom-focused team in Dubai. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products and services, handling inquiries, and supporting sales and customer engagement objectives.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on qualified leads

• Clearly explain products and services to customers and address inquiries effectively

• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and follow-up notes in the CRM system

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign success

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, friendly, and professional telephone etiquette

• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred)

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

• Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or customer service is an added advantage but not mandatory

• Customer-focused mindset with good problem-solving skills

• Willingness to work shifts if required

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,300 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Benefits: As per UAE labour law
