As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone to promote our services and gather relevant information. This role is ideal for someone who is professional, multilingual, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries professionally.

• Follow calling scripts and tailor pitches to engage and persuade customers effectively.

• Provide excellent telemarketing assistance and handle objections calmly and confidently.

• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism at all times.

• Maintain accurate call logs and client records.

Job Details:

• Work Hours: 9 hours daily (including break)

• Location: Dubai Only

• Gender: Male/Female

• Experience: With or without experience – training provided

• Availability: Must be willing to start immediately
