Job Title: Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and confident Telecallers to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential property buyers and investors, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You’ll play a key role in driving client engagement and helping us grow our real estate business.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to leads and potential clients to introduce and promote real estate projects.

Provide detailed information about available properties, investment opportunities, and upcoming projects.

Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Schedule site visits and appointments with clients, ensuring a seamless handover to the sales team.

Follow up with clients to maintain interest, answer queries, and build lasting rapport.

Update the CRM system with lead information, call outcomes, and follow-up status.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and client handover for the sales process.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in real estate or related industries.

Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.

Knowledge of the real estate market and trends is an advantage.

Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets efficiently.
