Job Title: Tele Sales Executive 

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to support our financial product marketing efforts, specifically in promoting credit cards and loan products. This full-time position involves connecting with a high volume of potential clients daily to generate qualified leads, explain product features, and schedule client meetings. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy customer engagement, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 150–200 outbound calls per day to potential clients to promote financial products such as credit cards and loans

  • Respond to inbound inquiries with accurate, detailed information

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings for follow-up or product consultation

  • Maintain up-to-date client records and track interactions in the CRM system

  • Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitor offerings

  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team targets

  • Conduct follow-ups to gather feedback and support customer decision-making

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills

  • Customer-focused approach with strong soft skills

  • Ability to clearly explain financial products using structured sales techniques

  • Resilience and energy to manage a high call volume environment

  • Basic knowledge of sales processes or telesales best practices

Preferred Candidate:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service

  • Location: Dubai, UAE or willing to relocate

  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
