Role Overview:
We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role involves customer communication, lead generation, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Interaction & Sales
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
- Handle inquiries and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.
- Maintain strong client relationships to enhance retention.
✅ Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Follow up with potential clients to close deals.
- Maintain an updated database of leads and prospects.
✅ Customer Support
- Provide accurate product/service information to customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
✅ Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain records of sales calls, conversions, and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company goals.
Requirements:

📌 Experience & Skills:
- 0-1 year of experience in tele sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and persuasive abilities.
- Active listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
