Pioneer Auctions is seeking a dynamic, bilingual (Arabic & English) Female Tele Sales cum Customer Support Executive to join our professional team. 🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to promote the company’s services and offerings.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

Professionally handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.

Resolve customer complaints with empathy and timely solutions.

Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system accurately.

Coordinate with internal departments for seamless customer service.

Support sales and service team in meeting monthly targets.

Provide a friendly and professional experience for every client.
✅ Candidate Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).

Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.

Confident, friendly, and persuasive phone manner.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Must hold a transferable visa within the UAE.
