Role Overview:
The Tele Caller – Admissions Executive is a full-time on-site role responsible for connecting with potential students, guiding them through courses, and converting leads into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.

Provide detailed information on programs, courses, and admission procedures.

Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to maximize conversions.

Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.

Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to achieve monthly targets.

Handle student queries professionally and ensure excellent service.

Participate in promotional campaigns, open days, and events as required.
Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (education industry preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English.

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
