Beyond ONE is looking for a Telco Compliance Manager to lead compliance and risk management efforts for their Middle East telecom operations, focusing on Oman, Kuwait, and KSA. This role is vital in ensuring compliance with local telecom regulations while aligning with the company’s global standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead telecom compliance efforts across KSA, Oman, and Kuwait, ensuring products, services, and operations comply with local telecom laws and regulations.

• Conduct risk assessments to evaluate and mitigate regulatory risks, integrating compliance into business decisions.

• Maintain relationships with local regulators, ensuring compliance inquiries are handled and reporting is timely and accurate.

• Develop and implement compliance policies for telecom operations, aligning with local and global standards.

• Monitor regulatory changes in the region and advise senior management on their implications.

• Deliver compliance training programs to employees and lead investigations into any compliance breaches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related fields.

• 5–7 years of experience in telecom compliance and risk management, particularly in the Middle East (KSA, Oman, Kuwait).

• Proven leadership in managing telecom compliance and risk across multiple regions.

• In-depth knowledge of telecom regulations, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
