Metso, a global leader in sustainable mineral processing and refining technologies, is hiring a Technology Manager – Separation to join its Minerals Sales Team in the Middle East. This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai involves supporting the separation technologies business (Flotation, Thickeners, and Automation) for markets across the Middle East and India. The selected candidate will act as a key technical expert, support sales growth, and build strong customer relations while promoting innovative, sustainable solutions in mineral processing.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute market area strategy in line with business objectives for profitable sales growth.

Serve as the first technical contact for Separation technology cases in the region.

Provide product support and technical consultation for existing and potential clients.

Develop customer-focused solutions, proposals, and value-driven sales strategies.

Coordinate project handovers and support delivery execution.
-
Promote new product designs, innovations, and Metso’s standard offerings in the market.

Engage with customers to understand value drivers and RFQs.
-
Build and manage opportunities in Salesforce and align with front-end sales efforts.

Represent Metso at industry events and establish expertise through broad networking.

Meet technology-specific sales targets and KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline.
-
5–10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the mining industry.

Strong knowledge of Flotation, Process Automation, and Thickener technologies.

Effective communicator capable of cross-functional coordination and customer interaction.

Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

Proficient in Salesforce and other daily business tools.
-
Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
