About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Technology Manager (Compliance) to lead our UAE expansion and ensure compliance with the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) regulations. You’ll act as the tech regulatory lead and ensure our services meet the region’s highest technology, risk, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement technology strategies aligned with CBUAE compliance requirements

• Manage technology control quality and risk assessment across operations

• Lead the information security risk management and technology governance processes

• Identify gaps in policy, risk management, and compliance frameworks

• Oversee data localization and regulatory technology operations

• Prepare and present regulatory reporting materials

• Serve as the regulatory tech liaison for the UAE and collaborate with global Revolut teams

• Define requirements for partnerships (e.g., KYC, payment rails, bank APIs)

Requirements

• 8+ years of tech experience in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services

• Strong knowledge of technology risk, governance, and information security

• Understanding of CBUAE cybersecurity and compliance guidelines

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Information Security certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA

• SQL knowledge for business intelligence/MI reporting
