Emirates is hiring a Technology Experience Specialist – GenAI & iXR to lead the design and development of immersive and AI-powered user experiences. Based in Dubai, this full-time on-site role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams to create intelligent, interactive solutions that push the boundaries of innovation in aviation technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and delivery of immersive and GenAI solutions from concept to deployment.

• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and design teams to ensure user-centric experience design.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design thinking workshops.

• Develop visual prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, and 3D modeling software.

• Advocate for product usability and user value across all phases of development.

• Drive adoption of experience design playbooks and ensure continuous improvement of tools and methodologies.

• Partner with scrum teams to build user stories grounded in actual user needs.

• Monitor post-launch usability and evolve experience based on data-driven insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Design, Human Factors, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with expertise in UX design, interaction design, and immersive technologies.

• Familiarity with GenAI tools, human-computer interaction, and 3D design processes.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts effectively.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, and Sketch.

• Experience facilitating design thinking workshops and usability sessions.
