We are seeking a Techno-Functional Lead with expertise in real estate to manage and standardize requirements across the entire portfolio while utilizing Salesforce to translate business needs into actionable processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning business processes with Salesforce configurations, ensuring seamless functionality, and driving ongoing system updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize and align requirements across the real estate portfolio to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Navigate and manage business processes within Salesforce to meet organizational needs.

• Suggest and implement process improvements and translate them into Salesforce configurations.

• Lead and facilitate the quality assurance (QA) functions, ensuring bi-weekly releases to production are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure Salesforce configurations align with business goals.

• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems within the Salesforce platform.

Skills and Expertise:

• Strong expertise in both the business and technical aspects of Salesforce, particularly in the real estate domain.

• Proven experience in standardizing requirements across large portfolios.

• Ability to drive business processes and translate them into Salesforce configurations.

• Experience with QA functions and managing bi-weekly production releases.
