The role focuses on providing customer support, technical assistance, and product configuration while ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth technical and functional understanding of all Location Solutions products and services.

• Provide technical support to clients as part of the support team, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

• Deliver technical training sessions, demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

• Prepare technical documentation, including product drawings, installation guides, and solution manuals.

• Offer internal technical assistance to colleagues as needed.

• Manage and respond to customer requests via the ERP ticketing system.

• Configure IoT devices based on customer requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and other software tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Professional demeanor with a positive, proactive attitude.

• Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management abilities.

• Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently.

• Innovative, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driving license is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (BSECE) or Computer Engineering (BSCpE) preferred.
