We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AV systems or IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining audiovisual (AV) systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support for daily IT operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and troubleshoot AV systems, including soundboards, microphones, display panels, and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).

Manage and maintain network configurations, including Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure optimal performance of AV and IT systems.

Provide end-user technical support and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain system documentation, perform updates, and implement improvements as required.

Ensure high standards of service delivery and technical reliability across all IT/AV systems.
Required Experience & Skills:

3–5 years of experience in AV systems or IT support.

Proficiency in AV control systems and display technologies.

Solid understanding of networking principles, hardware, and software troubleshooting.

Strong communication skills (technical and non-technical) with the ability to build user trust.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Experience in client-facing technical support roles.

Must be able to drive.
