FAAC Technologies, a world leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, is seeking a Technical Service Specialist based in Dubai. This role involves providing technical support and after-sales assistance, managing service requests, troubleshooting, and conducting technical training sessions for customers and distributors. The position also includes handling annual maintenance contracts and coordinating technical team activities.
Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for service requests via phone and email.

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients and distributors.

Offer remote and onsite troubleshooting assistance for product and installation issues.

Coordinate technical team activities, including onsite visits and training.
-
Manage service tickets and ensure timely resolution.
-
Assist with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and PPM activities.
-
Conduct technical training sessions and ensure product knowledge transfer.
-
Liaise with HQ for product-related inquiries and recurring fault reporting.
-
Oversee warranty management and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes.
-
Follow up on older installations to check maintenance status and performance.
-
Assist with preparing technical reports and documentation.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in the automation or construction industry.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Strong leadership and task management abilities.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
