This role involves working closely with customers to recommend suitable ingredients, oversee product trials, and provide technical guidance while ensuring commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction & Sales Support:

  • Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable ingredients for their dairy products.

  • Lead and participate in technical customer projects, delivering tailored solutions.

  • Oversee product trials, assess formulations, and interpret data to optimize results.

  • Provide technical training and customer support to ensure satisfaction and business growth.

• Innovation & Strategy:

  • Identify gaps in the current offering based on market and customer trends, proposing ideas for new product solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation and provide feedback for new product development.

• Market Development & Customer Relationship Management:

  • Identify new business opportunities and work with technical experts to bring these to customers.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in the MENAT region.

You Bring:

• Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales for Dairy.

  • Expertise in dairy technology, including knowledge of ingredients’ performance and interactions in formulations.

• Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food/Dairy Technology, with a specialization in Dairy Technology or Microbiology.

• Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong commercial and technical acumen, balancing both in customer solutions.

  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to run trials and analyze data.

  • Ability to travel (more than 50%) to meet customer needs.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.

  • A proactive approach to identifying business opportunities.

  • Customer-centric mindset and experience in providing technical solutions to meet customer needs.
