Job Title: Technical Sales Executive – Kitchen Ventilation & Duct Cleaning (Marine/Industrial Sectors)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Sales Executive with deep expertise in kitchen ventilation and duct cleaning solutions for the hospitality, marine, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with outstanding sales skills to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business in hospitality, marine, and industrial sectors for kitchen duct cleaning services.

• Conduct site inspections, assess system requirements, and offer tailored service proposals.

• Achieve sales targets through proactive lead generation, presentations, and effective negotiation.

• Prepare technical and commercial sales proposals, reports, and contracts.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Interpret technical drawings and service documentation to provide precise client recommendations.

• Promote awareness of duct cleaning benefits such as improved air quality and energy efficiency.

• Utilize CRM software to manage client data and streamline communication.

• Conduct follow-ups and maintain long-term client relationships both online and offline.

• Drive sales growth using modern sales strategies, PR techniques, and promotional activities.

• Stay updated on safety standards including ISO 45001, OSHA, and other relevant regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 3–5 years of experience in technical sales within HVAC, marine, or industrial sectors.

• Solid knowledge of kitchen ventilation systems, duct cleaning methods, and safety guidelines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

• Excellent communication (English & Hindi), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

• Analytical mindset with a performance-driven attitude.

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel.

• Preferred nationalities: India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka.

• Location: Sharjah, UAE.
