Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer 

Job Description:
We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Technical Sales Engineer to join our team and spearhead the promotion and sales of our high-performance valve and actuation products. This role is ideal for someone with deep industry knowledge and a solid background in engineering and B2B industrial sales. If you have hands-on experience with valves (e.g., butterfly, ball valves, actuators, etc.) and a passion for customer engagement, this is your opportunity to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise to promote and sell valve and actuation solutions to both new and existing customers across diverse industries

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored technical solutions

  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight technical benefits and performance advantages

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers pre- and post-sales

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments—sales, marketing, and engineering—to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company growth and success

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or a related Engineering discipline

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering—preferably in the valve, actuator, or process control industry

  • In-depth understanding of valve types, actuator systems, and control solutions

  • Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for client visits, trade shows, and industry events

  • Creative problem-solver with strong analytical thinking and solution-oriented mindset
