Dulsco Group is hiring a Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle of blue-collar labor across technical, skilled, general, and operator categories. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and coordinating overseas recruitment, ensuring compliance with ethical practices, visa processing, and internal documentation protocols. The role also involves collaborating with department heads and maintaining recruitment partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units and levels

Coordinate overseas recruitment activities and maintain ethical sourcing

Serve as point of contact for agency-related separation cases

Ensure accurate documentation post-selection and visa issuance

Conduct and coordinate pre and post recruitment trips per company policies

Maintain SharePoint recruitment records and onboard new hires

Comply with company safety and HSE policies and recruitment guidelines

Develop compelling candidate presentations and manage induction data
Qualifications & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue-collar hiring

Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law

Certification in Psychometric Assessments is a plus

Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to manage compliance and ethical recruitment practices
