Intertec Systems is seeking a Technical Manager – IT Infra to lead and supervise their IT infrastructure operations in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a tech-savvy leader with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including data centers, storage, cloud, servers, security, and networks. The successful candidate will oversee technical teams, manage service delivery, and ensure operational excellence in line with industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of technical support engineers and system administrators, ensuring adherence to SLAs.

• Oversee delivery of managed IT services aligned with client and internal requirements.

• Manage incident escalation and implement proactive problem management strategies.

• Continuously refine operational processes, ensuring ITIL best practices are followed.

• Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, handling escalations and maintaining client satisfaction.

• Supervise change management protocols and ensure all changes are documented and authorized.

• Analyze and report on KPIs such as resolution times and customer feedback to optimize performance.

• Collaborate across departments to meet client expectations and develop innovative solutions.

• Manage operational budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and value delivery.

• Support strategic initiatives to enhance service offerings and develop new managed services.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management guidelines.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
