Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager with a strong architectural background to lead technical coordination across construction projects. This role ensures seamless integration between design and execution, maintaining alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

You will act as the key link between design, architectural, and site teams, ensuring that all technical aspects are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Coordination

• Lead technical coordination across all stages of the project lifecycle

• Act as the primary interface between architectural, design, and site teams

• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among stakeholders

Design Review & Compliance

• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for accuracy and compliance

• Ensure adherence to project requirements, standards, and regulations

• Maintain alignment between design intent and construction execution

Issue Resolution

• Identify and resolve design and technical challenges

• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to implement solutions

• Provide technical guidance to support project delivery

Quality & Standards Management

• Ensure all technical deliverables meet quality benchmarks

• Support project teams in maintaining high technical and construction standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

• Strong experience in a contracting environment

• Proven track record in technical and design coordination on construction projects

• Arabic language proficiency (spoken and written) is preferred
