Job Title: Technical Manager 

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Technical Manager with a strong background in EIAC-accredited inspections to join our team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 17020 standards, technical documentation, and inspection procedures relevant to an accredited inspection body.

This position is open for immediate joining and offers flexibility for on-site or hybrid work arrangements within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical operations for an EIAC-accredited inspection body

• Oversee and sign off on technical reports in compliance with ISO/IEC 17020

• Manage technical documentation, internal audits, and quality procedures

• Ensure full adherence to EIAC assessment protocols, forms, and procedures

• Provide guidance to inspectors and ensure consistency across inspection outcomes

• Act as a technical point of contact during EIAC assessments and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience with an EIAC-accredited inspection body

• Deep understanding of ISO/IEC 17020 requirements and EIAC processes

• Proven ability to conduct and review inspections and manage audit documentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (technical fluency required)

• Ability to work independently and lead with minimal supervision

• UAE driving license (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Technical Manager or Approved Inspector

• Familiarity with EIAC assessment tools, forms, and regulatory protocols
