The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and coding skills, with experience in managing teams, setting development standards, and resolving technical challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor multiple development squads (4-6 engineers per squad)

• Oversee the technical implementation of projects across squads

• Establish development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines

• Collaborate with product managers to define technical requirements

• Manage sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives

• Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards

• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and risks

Candidate Requirements:

• 7+ years of software development experience

• 3+ years in a technical leadership role

• Strong programming skills in relevant technologies

• Experience with Agile methodologies and development practices

• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
