🔧 Role Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Lead to provide expert leadership and direction in managing the maintenance operations across facility systems. You will play a key role in enhancing workplace safety, maintaining infrastructure, and ensuring technical compliance in HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the maintenance function, promoting safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations.

• Maintain all electrical services, HVAC systems, and related infrastructure in accordance with client standards.

• Oversee the general upkeep of all buildings, assets, and external facilities.

• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance, logging all tasks performed.

• Monitor and coordinate external contractors, ensuring health and safety protocols are upheld and performance is tracked.

• Conduct daily site inspections and document findings in a digital system.

• Manage heating, lighting, and energy efficiency projects across the premises.

• Perform termly risk assessments, working closely with the Health & Safety Team.

📋 Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering or Technical Field (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)

• 3+ years of experience in a technical or maintenance leadership role, ideally within Facility or Office Management, or industries like electrical, HVAC, or automotive.

• Proficient in maintenance budgeting, project follow-up, and compliance documentation

• Proven people management experience and ability to supervise multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Effective communication in English (Upper-Intermediate level)

• Familiar with MS Office tools and maintenance record systems

• SEP Certifications preferred
