Role Description
The Technical Director will oversee engineering projects and manage a team of engineers to ensure the successful integration of project components. The role involves coordinating engineering workflows, collaborating with other professionals, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. The role requires on-site presence in Dubai, working closely with diverse teams to achieve excellence in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Project Oversight: Lead and manage engineering teams to ensure project components are integrated seamlessly and executed according to plan
🔹 Team Management: Provide guidance and leadership to a team of engineers, ensuring productivity and professional development
🔹 Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate engineering workflows with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders
🔹 Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
🔹 Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues during project execution
🔹 Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate engineering documentation and provide regular progress reports

Required Qualifications: 🔸 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
🔸 Engineering Management and Team Leadership Skills
🔸 Proven Experience in Project Management and Integration
🔸 Proficiency in Software Development related to engineering projects
🔸 Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills
🔸 Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
🔸 Ability to Manage Multiple Projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications: 🔸 Experience in the Construction or Interior Design Industry
🔸 Registration with the Society of Engineers UAE
🔸 Preferred: Registered with the Dubai Municipality as an Engineer in Charge (or Technical Manager)
