Inspire Selection is hiring a seasoned Technical Design Manager for a leading firm in the cladding and insulation industry. This role focuses on advanced project-specific design solutions, calculation software, and application support tools to enable both sales and technical efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the building envelope, insulated cladding, and Coldstore cladding sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce static calculation reports for cladding systems aligned with project specifications.

• Support design and specification development for consultants, architects, specifiers, and integrators.

• Respond to RFIs by addressing functional and technical questions and identifying growth opportunities.

• Conduct technical and product training for sales, estimators, and engineers.

• Assist in the development and improvement of new and existing products and application tools.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, quotes, and client interactions in CRM tools.

• Visit project sites for installation guidance, integration, and customer training.

• Support R&D initiatives aimed at continuous product innovation.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, including HSE, data protection, and anti-bribery protocols.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in building envelope systems, including insulated and standing seam cladding and Coldstore technologies.

• Proficient in ACP, Revit, AutoCAD 2D/3D, and Microsoft Office.

• Strong background in project management and implementation from schematic design to execution.
