This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with strong technical knowledge in sourcing, excellent negotiation skills, and experience collaborating with engineering and production teams. The role is critical to ensuring that materials and components meet technical standards and are procured efficiently and cost-effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and supply agreements.

• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand technical material specifications.

• Monitor inventory levels and manage timely reordering to avoid production delays.

• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and procurement trends.

• Analyze supplier performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and performance data.

• Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and operational procurement improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical purchasing or procurement roles.

• Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement best practices.

• Proven skills in negotiation, supplier management, and contract execution.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software tools.

• Strong analytical abilities to assess vendor performance and optimize sourcing.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
