Sarketch Design Group is seeking a Technical Architect to join their hybrid team in Dubai. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with strong architectural design skills and a deep understanding of UAE building regulations. The successful applicant will be responsible for translating conceptual designs into precise architectural drawings and ensuring all documentation complies with local regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural drawings based on provided concepts and design guidelines

• Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings

• Ensure all documentation meets compliance requirements of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DEWA, or equivalent UAE authorities

• Coordinate and prepare documentation for submissions and project approvals

• Maintain high levels of precision and architectural detailing in all phases of design

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in technical architectural drawing and detailing

• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory standards and documentation procedures

• Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)

• Ability to prepare and review architectural submissions

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, or DEWA submission processes preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment
