Job Purpose:
Zscaler is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in the UAE to provide technical expertise, adoption strategies, and hands-on customer guidance. The TAM will work closely with enterprise customers to help them implement and operationalize Zscaler’s cybersecurity solutions. This is a remote full-time role based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical insights and best practices for implementing Zscaler solutions.
- Guide customers on migrations, integrations, and solution expansions.
- Develop customized technical strategies aligned with customer goals.
- Create adoption plans and accelerate production-level deployments.
Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Solution Delivery, Technical Account Management, Customer Success).
- 2+ years of experience in Cloud Services, Networking, or Security Solutions.
- Expertise in network security (e.g., SD-WAN, VPNs, DLP, CASB, SWG, MPLS).
- Experience working with Enterprise-Level Customers.
✅ Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CCNP, Network+.
