Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.

Communicate fluently in Arabic to engage effectively with clients across various regions.

Drive growth within the Tech Licensing product portfolio by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle, including initial client engagement, product demonstrations, closing deals, and providing post-sale support.

Deliver service aligned with Talentera’s core values and customer promise, ensuring a top-tier customer experience.

Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling while fostering long-term client relationships.

Effectively manage a portfolio of 100-120 clients, balancing transactional and consultative sales approaches.

Achieve 95% client coverage through regular in-person and virtual meetings.

Conduct compelling online product demos to potential clients, showcasing the value of the services offered.

Provide exceptional after-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction and success.

Handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring continued positive relationships.

Increase transaction volumes and revenue from assigned clients while maintaining high retention rates.
Skills Required:

Proven track record of 3-5 years of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
