Job Overview
Etagi Dubai Real Estate is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Real Estate to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing real estate team, overseeing brokerage activities, handling commercial transactions, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
This role requires strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to drive the team’s success in Dubai’s competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support the real estate team to achieve sales targets.

📈 Real Estate Brokerage & Commercial Transactions

Oversee brokerage activities, ensuring compliance with Dubai’s real estate laws.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
🤝 Negotiation & Deal Closure

Desired Candidate Profile
✅ Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in team management, brokerage, and commercial real estate.

UAE real estate market experience is a must.
