The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coaching a team to meet business objectives, improve sales processes, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Support and guide the team through changes in team dynamics and daily responsibilities.

Provide coaching and performance reviews to improve team performance.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Ensure targets are met by the end of the month.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Monitor compliance with approved business processes, regulations, and control frameworks.

Identify and mitigate risks to avoid potential failures.

Sales Strategy & Development:

Drive sales performance by providing leadership and support to team members.

Assist with hiring Business Development Executives to fulfill the required headcount.
