Job Title: Team Leader – Operations Performance & Quality
Job Description:
Zurich Middle East, part of the Zurich Insurance Group, is seeking a Team Leader – Operations Performance & Quality to ensure adherence to operational performance frameworks and compliance with corporate, regulatory, and legislative requirements. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Procurement & Operations Performance, you will play a key role in supervising team activities, enhancing performance, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Operational Compliance: Monitor adherence to corporate, regulatory, and legislative requirements.

Performance Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve processes, resolve operational issues, and implement enhancements.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and produce timely reports to support decision-making.

Team Supervision & Coaching: Oversee daily team activities, provide training, and mentor employees to enhance their skills.

Strategic Development: Develop and implement plans to improve team and business performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication across departments and with regulatory bodies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least 2 years of experience managing teams.

Strong understanding of insurance, corporate savings, pensions, and end-of-service benefits.

Prior experience in international and culturally diverse organizations is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong digital literacy.

Fluency in English (written & verbal).
