Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a passionate and guest-focused Team Leader – Front Desk to lead the front office team. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai requires an enthusiastic professional with strong leadership and hospitality skills who can ensure smooth front desk operations and exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring an excellent first impression and seamless service throughout their stay.

Maintain clear communication with related departments to guarantee smooth and timely service delivery.

Monitor and manage daily room rates and hotel occupancy levels.
-
Supervise and support Front Desk Agents and Guest Services staff to maintain high service standards.

Stay updated on hotel offerings and local attractions to assist with guest inquiries.

Verify cashier closures at shift end, ensuring billing accuracy.

Ensure guest registration details are accurately completed and aligned with Opera PMS records.
Qualifications:
-
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Previous experience in a hotel front office role, ideally in a supervisory capacity.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

Familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer systems.
