Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is looking for a passionate and dynamic Team Leader – Front Desk to join their Front Office team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that guests receive a warm welcome and personalized service from arrival to departure. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to providing memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests professionally and exceed guest expectations throughout their stay

Coordinate effectively with other departments for seamless service delivery

Monitor room rates and occupancy levels to support optimal revenue generation

Supervise Front Desk Agents and ensure all guests are attended to promptly and courteously

Stay updated on hotel services and local information to support guest inquiries

Review and verify cashier reports for accuracy at the end of each shift

Ensure accurate completion of guest registration in Opera PMS
Candidate Requirements:
-
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
-
Previous front office experience in a hotel setting

Strong command of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus

Familiarity with Opera PMS and general hotel systems preferred

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
