Job Summary:

The Team Leader – Food and Beverage will lead and support the service team to ensure smooth operations and superior guest experiences. This role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a luxurious setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example with integrity, empathy, and a guest-first mindset.

• Conduct pre-shift briefings to align the team with daily objectives and guest expectations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

• Deliver personalized guest service, accommodate special requests, and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee timely and quality food and beverage delivery.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Senior Waiter in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.

• Excellent English communication skills; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, German, or Greek) are a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.
