Al Tayer Real Estate is seeking a Team Leader – Facilities to oversee maintenance operations and ensure high standards of quality, workmanship, and safety compliance across assigned properties in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely execution of maintenance tasks, maintaining building structures in excellent condition, and leading a team to deliver customer satisfaction through effective facilities management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, manage, and keep records of all site equipment, materials, and spare parts

• Execute work orders within defined SLAs and ensure timely closure or escalation

• Prepare and submit completion reports for all maintenance tasks

• Maintain high standards of workmanship using quality materials and ensure safety compliance

• Ensure buildings and fit-outs are well-maintained and presentable

• Promote customer satisfaction through professional client/tenant service

• Ensure policies and procedures support strategic FM goals and ISO standards

• Coordinate with contractors to ensure all health and safety requirements are met

Skills and Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of local UAE experience in a similar facilities management role

• Practical experience in civil maintenance (school graduate level or above)

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety

• Ability to lead with initiative, teamwork, and coordination
