Concentrix is seeking an experienced Team Leader to supervise and guide a team of call center associates in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for ensuring team performance, coaching employees, and achieving key business metrics. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Arabic and preferably have experience in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of a team of call center associates

Monitor attendance and work quality in accordance with company policies
-
Coach team members regularly to meet or exceed performance goals

Identify and address performance issues, including disciplinary action if necessary
-
Handle escalated customer concerns and provide subject matter expertise
-
Conduct team meetings and organize team-building activities
-
Ensure KPI and service delivery targets are met
-
Promote Concentrix values through positive leadership
Candidate Requirements:
-
Associate’s degree or higher with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
-
Proven leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
-
Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities
-
Willingness to work flexible schedules
-
Fluency in English and Arabic
-
UAE resident or willing to relocate at short notice

Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
