Ateca Consulting is seeking an experienced Team Head – Private Banker to lead and grow a high-performing wealth management team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader with a strong track record in managing Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) and High Net Worth (HNW) clients across the GCC and Arab markets, capable of expanding client portfolios and delivering tailored financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development:

• Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of 2+ senior bankers, each managing assets exceeding $250M individually.

• Provide mentorship, performance management, and strategic guidance to drive team and individual success.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, integrity, and client-centricity.

Client Relationship Management:

• Personally manage and grow a portfolio of UHNW/HNW clients, ensuring minimum individual AUM of $250M.

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and their families, addressing generational wealth and succession planning needs.

• Deliver holistic wealth management services including investment advisory, credit solutions, estate planning, and family office services.

Business Development & Growth:

• Identify and engage new UHNW/HNW prospects within the GCC and Arab diaspora.

• Leverage networks to generate new revenue streams, including cross-border opportunities.

• Align business plans with institutional objectives and sustainable growth targets.

Governance & Compliance:

• Ensure all client activities comply with regulatory frameworks across GCC and international booking centers.

• Uphold strict risk management, suitability, and client confidentiality standards.

• Maintain ethical conduct in all business dealings.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years’ experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.

• Proven success covering GCC/Arab clients across multiple booking centers (e.g., Geneva, London, Singapore, Dubai).

• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of high-performing bankers, each managing AUM > $250M.

• Expertise in developing and managing relationships with UHNW/HNW individuals and family offices.

• Deep understanding of international investment products, credit solutions, and wealth structuring tools.

• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
