Siemens Energy is looking for a Team Assistant to support the management team in organizing workshops, meetings, travel planning, expense management, and administrative tasks. The role requires strong coordination, organizational, and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Calendar & Meeting Management – Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and workshops.
📌 Travel Arrangements – Plan and book flights, accommodation, and transportation for management.
📌 Administrative Support – Draft correspondence, manage expense reports, and maintain records.
📌 Event Coordination – Organize internal/external events and speaking engagements.
📌 Document Handling – Prepare and manage confidential business documents.

Required Skills & Experience:

Education: Professional commercial training in administration or secretarial functions.
Experience: Several years of team assistance/secretarial experience at the management level.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork, responsibility, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); intercultural experience is a plus.
