About the Role:

We are seeking a Mandarin Teaching Assistant to support the Languages Department across various year groups. This role plays an essential part in raising student achievement by working collaboratively with the curriculum and language teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Mandarin language instruction across the school.

• Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate language learning activities.

• Collaborate with teaching staff to reinforce learning outcomes.

• Contribute to creating an inclusive and culturally respectful classroom environment.

• Assist students one-on-one or in small groups to enhance comprehension and engagement.

• Provide administrative and classroom support as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a language department.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).

• Strong intercultural communication skills and global mindset.

• Currently residing in the UAE (preferred).

• Passion for language education and student development.
