JESS Arabian Ranches Primary School is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join the team from August 2025. This role is key to supporting students’ academic development across the curriculum and fostering a nurturing classroom atmosphere. The position is ideal for individuals with previous school-based experience and a passion for working with young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with their day-to-day learning across subjects

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Foster a positive and structured classroom environment

• Provide individual or group support as directed by the teaching staff

• Help manage resources, displays, and classroom organization

• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma

• Desirable: CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in early childhood or education

• Recent experience working in a classroom or school-based setting

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students

• A genuine passion for education and child development
