JESS Arabian Ranches Primary School is inviting applications for Teaching Assistants to join the team from August 2025. The successful candidates will work closely with teachers and students to support classroom learning across the curriculum and contribute to a caring, inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in all areas of classroom learning and development

Assist teaching staff in preparing and delivering learning materials

Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment for students

Promote student engagement and enthusiasm across various subjects

Help maintain classroom organization and safety

Provide tailored support to individual students where necessary
Requirements:
-
Minimum: High School Diploma
-
Desirable: CACHE Level 3 qualification or equivalent in education or childcare

Recent and relevant experience working in a school or classroom setting
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
A genuine interest in supporting children’s academic and personal development
