Role Summary:
BIS Abu Dhabi is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join their growing academic team from 16th August 2025. This is a full-time, on-site role designed to support classroom learning, with a focus on helping children overcome learning barriers and thrive in an international education environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support class teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and classroom activities

• Work with individual students, small groups, or the entire class as needed

• Assist students with learning difficulties, behavioral challenges, or English as an additional language (EAL)

• Contribute to classroom management, preparation of materials, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere

• Support differentiated instruction to accommodate a variety of learning styles and levels

• Collaborate with the teaching team and parents to ensure optimal student progress

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant experience working as a teaching assistant or in an educational support role

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with children

• Ability to follow teacher guidance while working independently when needed

• Experience in multicultural or international schools is a plus

• Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of children
