MBIRA GRACE is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support classroom teaching and learning activities in Umm Al Quwain. This full-time hybrid role involves assisting lead teachers with instructional tasks, providing additional academic support to students (especially in Mathematics), and helping with lesson preparation. The Teaching Assistant will also aid in monitoring student progress, ensuring a supportive and productive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers with classroom management and daily activities.

• Prepare and organize instructional materials for lessons.

• Provide additional support to students, particularly in Mathematics.

• Support the development and delivery of lesson plans.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.

• Help create an engaging, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Skills in assistant teaching and working with children.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge in Education and Mathematics subjects.

• Patience, adaptability, and ability to work under supervision.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field is a plus.

• Prior experience in an educational setting is beneficial.
