Aldar Academies is seeking an outstanding Primary (EYFS) Teacher for Al Ain British Academy starting January 2026. The role involves planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the English National Curriculum, supporting student progress, and contributing to the school community.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Teaching and Learning Policy.

Set clear learning objectives and targets for all students, including SEN, EAL, and G&T pupils.

Use assessment data to inform teaching strategies and ensure differentiated learning.
-
Maintain classroom discipline in accordance with the Behaviour for Learning Policy.
-
Mark student work regularly and set targets for progress.
-
Collaborate with parents and professionals (e.g., speech therapists, educational psychologists) as needed.

Contribute to curriculum development and subject planning.
-
Participate in school events and support the wider school community.
Requirements & Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related subject with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.

Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in the English National Curriculum.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
-
Knowledge of current developments in education, child protection, and safeguarding.
-
Ability to work under pressure, problem-solve, and handle challenging situations.
